  She is confirmed as the wife of John SELLERS of Chezzetcook, and her sister Ann Elizabeth is confirmed as the wife of of William SELLERS of Chezzetcook, by a Lunenburg County deed written 11 Jul 1843 and recorded 14 Jul 1843, a transcript of which is provided by Brenda Maruca: " . . .from John Zeller and Lucy Catherine his wife, from William Zeller and Ann Elizabeth all of Chezzetcook, county of Halifax, yeomen of the first part to David Moser of South, Lunenburg township, yeoman of the second part for one hundred sixty-two pounds, ten schillings paid by David Moser . . . all our share in a certain point of land...being part and parcel of Mosers' Head so called being all our share in said Moser's head as heirs of the late Frederick Moser, deceased".
