  In the 1881 Census of New Germany she is Jane MAILMAN and is living with the family of David and "Luisa" WOODWORTH. However, from then on, she appears as Ida Jane WOODWORTH and she gives her parents as said David and Luisa. so she appears to be either a foster/adopted child who is adopted, or the illegitimate child of daughter Seretha.
