  At marriage, he gives his parents as Ezekiel and Hannah (RAMEY) HUBLEY, and in the 1901 Census he is living with Willis Jeremiah HUBLEY, s/o Ezekiel and Hannah, where he is listed as a boarder. Also, on his death record, his parents are listed as unknown. Hannah would have been 50 when he is born in 1884, and there is a fourteen year gap between Hannah's youngest known child--Willis Jeremiah-- and William. So he looks more like either an adopted child or the illegitimate child of one of Hannah's other children. [Bob H]
