  On his marriage return slip, he gives his parnts as Timothy and Margaret FRAIL. However, he does not appear with tehm in teh 1881 Census. ON his death certificate, his paretns are given as Kenneth FRAIL and Bessie COOK. So it would appear that he was raised by TImothy and Margaret, but was not their biological son. [Bob H]
