  Her date of birth is problematic. When she marries in 1870, her age appears to be listed as 25; but the 1881 Census list her as age 44, the 1901 Census has her DOB as 1836, the 1911 has her as 70, and her age at death in 1916 is given as 78. Given that she is proven to be the daughter of Alexander and that she does not appear in the NW Baptist Register, it may well be that she is born after 1838, when Alexander and family were probably part of a group that was excluded from the NW Baptist congregation “for supporting an excommunicated pastor”. My best guess, given Alexander's birth order, is that she was born in 1841. [Bob H]
