  No birth or baptismal record has been found for her, but she is ID'd as the daughter of John George and Catherine (Maillard) BOUTILIER by his will [Source: Brenda Maruca]. Also, testimony at the trial of her brothers for murder in 1791 states that they stayed overnight with their brother-in law John DAUFINE. Her birth is estimated as 1757 for the following reasons: a. Her husband is b. 1757 b. She marries in 1776 so must be born between 1752 and 1762; probably between 1752 and 1760 c. She has to fit into the birth order and there are no twins noted in this family d. The best fit, given the dates of baptism for her siblings, would seem to be about 1757 [Bob H]
