Notes - Although he appears to be the s/o Richard and Laura Mary (JUDGE) BARRY, he is always seen using the JUDGE surname, and he lists his grandparents as his parents. In the 1901 Census, 3 or 4 months before Clarence is born, Laura is named Laura BARRY but there is no sign of Richard. Laura doesn't seem to appear in the 1911 Census nor does there seem to be any death record for.. So my guess is that Clarence was orphaned at an early age and raised by his grandparents.
