Notes

Her father's 1940 obit states that she is the wife of Churchill TUFTS, but the 2019 obit of her son Mearl Philip FRANK states that he is the s/o Curtis FRANK. My guess is that Minnie had a short-lived marriage to [or other relationship with] Churchill TUFTS. Also, Glenwood MOSSMAN and Garnet KAIZER are listed as "brothers" in the obit for son Mearl, plus Garnet is listed as a "brother" in the obit for sister Elva.
