Notes - The following is based on a set of notes written by Brenda Maruca summarizing parts of her research on Ann Elizabeth:
Although no birth, marriage, or death records for her are known, two facts appear to show that she existed and belonged in this family. First, St. Margaret's Bay school records indicate that a second child named Elizabeth and belonging to John Moser was born abt. 1827. Second, among the heirs in a deed [Halifax Deeds, Vol 268, deed 1403, page 503] written after the death of John MOSER by his heirs to Peter and Samuel Moser, was Emma MARVIN and her husband James. She appears to be too young to belong to John and Christiana; also, her marriage record gives her parents as James and Elizabeth Fraser. The notes of the later Allen MAHER include a chart indicating that Emma MARVIN nee FRASER was a grandchild of both John Fraser, Sr. and John Moser, Sr. [The source of this information may be the known and extensive correspondence with a few elderly Fraser widows as well as his mother's recollections.] And since she was born 1827, she cannot be Regina Elizabeth.
