    • The identity of the Henry MOSER who m. Catherine ELizabeth SLAUENWHITE is established by two Lunenburg County Land Deeds, both transcribed by Brenda Maruca.

This establishes Henry MOSER 1770 as the son of Jacob and Magdalena (FORSTER) MOSHER.

The second is Lunenburg County Deed, v. #9, #268, written 10 November 1828, registered 4 December 1828: "Christopher Moser and others to Valentine Zwicker: Christopher Moser with his wife Margaretta, Henry Moser with the consent of his wife Catherine Elizabeth, and Jacob Moser , yeoman, all of the county of Lunenburg, for 100 lbs from Valentine Zwicker... Northwest Range, 30 acre lot #51, letter A, ...signed by Christopher Moser, Margaretta Moser, Henry Moser, Catherine Elizabeth Moser, Jacob Moser, Catherine Elizabeth Weynacht." The wives were examined separately by John Heckman "came also before me Catherine Elizabeth, wife of Frederick Weynacht and late widow of Henry Moser acknowledged that she relinguished all her right of dower to the within mentioned 30 acre lot of land and premises."
