Notes - At marriage, he gives his parents as Henry and Louise SCHWARTZ; however, in the 1911 Census and on John SCHWARTZ' death record, he is listed as the son of John. He could be John's brother; however, Louise SCHWARTZ would have been 46 in 1879, so it seems more likely that he was the illegitimate son of John and was raised by his grandparents.
In either event, was the Mayor of Lunenburg from 1922 - 1929 and from 1934 - 1945. - At marriage, he gives his parents as Henry and Louise SCHWARTZ; however, in the 1911 Census and on John SCHWARTZ' death record, he is listed as the son of John.
