  Married: There is no proof that the Elizabeth MOSHER who m. George SMITH is this Elizabeth MOSHER. However, on the same day and that Elizabeth and George are married, Joseph MOSHER (who is known to be the son of Matthias MOSHER), marries Sophia SMITH. So it would appear that either Joseph and Elizabeth are siblings, or George and Sophia are siblings; but Sophia is a widow and thus probably was not born a SMITH. Further, no other marriage record for Elizabeth, d/o Matthias has been found.
