  I refuse to believe that James Boyd LOWE was the biological s/o John Hall LOWE and his wife Catherine FRASER as listed on his Application for Delayed Registration of Birth. First, it seems quite clear that his listed father died five years earlier; and second, his listed mother would have been age 53 or thereabouts at his birth. It seem far more likley that he is s/o one of their daughters, Sarah Ann or Alice Elizabeth LOWE.
