  In 1875, at Lunenburg, an Eliza HARNISH, age 23, resides Hubbards, d/o George and Mag't HARNISH, marries Peter FINCK. George and Margaret almost have to be George Casper and Margaret [Peggy] (ANDREWS) HARNISH, but they have no known daughter named Eliza. In 1871 Census of Hubbards, Eliza is there, living with family of John and Matilda SHATFORD and from the size of the family, it looks like she is hired help. However, George and Margaret are 3 doors away and there is nobody else in this Census who looks like the right Eliza. George and Margaret are know to have a daughter named Mary Ellen who is exactly the right age, but nothing else is known of her; certainly, she does not appear in the 1871 Census. Now in the 1881 Census of Lunenburg, Eliza is the right age. But, more importantly, living with her family is an “Andia HARNOH”. I think this is Amelia HARNISH, sister of Mary Ellen, who m. George BURGOYNE at Lunenburg in 1882. So either George and Margaret have an unknown daughter named Eliza and Mary Ellen dies, or Mary Ellen and Eliza really are the same person.
