Notes - The only known source for his existence is a set of genelaogical/historical notes made by Norman Augustus Deale in Aug 1999. Among other things, these notes state that Stephen Francis was born and died in 1910. If this is true he muist be a twin of sister Zypha; however, while she has a civil birth record, he has neither a birth nor a death record. One plausible explanation is that he was stillborn and no record was made.
