According to his marriage record, Roy was a bachelor when he marries Madge DANIELS and she was a spinster, so wife Margaret in his obit must be a second wife who had Cecil and James by her first husband. And given which obits daughter Linda does and does not appear in, my best guess is that she belongs to Roy and second wife Margaret.
From her DOB and obit, it looks like Joan must belong to Roy and Madge (DANIELS) KEEFE. If you stare long enough at who appears in which of seven "family" obits, the pattern that seems to emerge is that John, Jean, and Judy also belong to Roy and Madge.
