Notes

I do not know of a smoking gun that proves he belongs in this family. However, in the 1861 Census, the family of Chambers BLAKENEY has 4 males and William would make the fourth. Also, there is a gap in Chambers' birth order that William would fill. [The 1901 Census place his birth in 1861; but his death record and the 1891 Census place it in 1859]. So he is placed here pending further discoveries.
