  This person is an enigma. First, it is unclear who her mother actually was since the 1901 census states that she was born in Ontario; she may be the child of William Gerrard by a previous wife. Second, the wife of William Gerrard in 1901 is Susan Jollimore, whose son by Gorge Innes seems to change his name from Innes to Jollimore. It may well be that the Rita Jollimore who dies in 1916 is a different person than Rita Gerrard, but the only Rita living in Terence Bay in the 1901 census, regardless of age, is Rita Gerrard, daughter of Susan Jollimore.
