  It seem strange that he and his next-older brother would both be named William where it is known that the older child survived. So it is probable that he was named (--?--) William and died fairly young, as he does not appear in any subsequent census (or any other record). He does not seem to be the next-youngest brother, James, as that child seems to have died with days of birth whereas William was baptized at age 4 months. On the other hand, if the birth register is in error, as it often is, that would change matters considerably. [Bob H]
