Notes - In 1909, a Thomas SLAUENWHITE is born to one “Engil” SLAUENWHITE. The two closest names matches to a Terence Bay SLAUENWHITE who might possibly have been the father are Angus and Inglis. However, Inglis is believed to be at Marble Mountain, Inverness, with the rest of his family in 1906. Angus does have a son in 1909, but his name is known to be Inglis George.
So, either the register is in error (a fairly frequent occurrence) or Engil and Thomas are two otherwise unknown SLAUNWHITE's. [Bob H]
