  • Notes
    • On 15 Dec 1887, a James Slaughwhite, Fisherman, age 52 is buried at Holy Cross Cemetery. It is known that John James, b. 1836 is alive in 1881 but he does not seem to appear in 1891. He is a Fisherman, and he is listed as Catholic in 1871 and C of E in 1881; but his mother, who survives him is always listed as Catholic. So I think it is him.[Bob H]
