  Her identity as the wife of Johann Conrad WESTHAVER is proven by the following, which was researched by Brenda Maruca: “In a deed (executed in Lunenburg County, Volume #8, page 222. #344, FHL 0550914), written 7 September 1822 between Conrad and Catherine and their son John Joseph for three pounds, “30 acres near the LaHave River, being part of an undivided 300 acre lot, Letter F, #6, 2nd Div, the land having been bequeathed to the said Catherine Westhaver by her father George Boutilier. This land matches exactly land described in the 1784 Lunenburg will of John George Boutilier.”
