Family Lelia E. MCCARTHY Notes - The obits for Frederick Winford SLAUENWHITE and his wife Bessie (dated 1978 and 1979) both say that their son Raymond lives in MA, and Bessie's obit says that he lives in “Charleston”. That could be either Charlestown (a part of Boston), or Charlton, a town on Worcester County. Since Charlestown is usally referred to as Boston, I suspect it is the latter.
In 1967, a Raymond G. and Lelia E. SLAUENWHITE live in Oxford, Worcester County, MA and in 2006, a man I believe to be this Raymond SLAUENWHITE lives in Charlton, Worcester County, MA. I cannot find another Raymond SLAUENWHITE currently living in MA, and I know of no other Raymond SLAUENWHITE's who could be Lelia's husband.
So iit seems highly probable that Raymond, s/o Fred and Bessie, is Lelia's husband. [Bob H]
