  She was married in 1947 according to the MA Marriage index, and an Ancestry family tree has her marrying Robert Leonard Witham of Haverhill in that year. However, the only Robert Leonard Witham of Haverhill who is the right age marines in NH in 1948 and states that it is his first marriage.
